With a commitment of $1.1 billion towards Microsoft Cloud and its gen AI capabilities, including Microsoft 365 and Azure services, Coca-Cola aims to enhance efficiency and scalability within its systems. This partnership extends beyond financial investment, as Coca-Cola plans to integrate gen AI digital assistants powered by Azure OpenAI Service into various aspects of its business, from customer experiences to supply chain optimization.
