Highmetric, backed by Gryphon Investors, has announced its acquisition of NewRocket—an enterprise employee portal developer—in a deal uniting two ServiceNow Partners. Highmetric is a technology strategy, design, and operations provider and an Elite Partner of cloud computing platform ServiceNow, an industry leader in digital workflow management. NewRocket, on the other hand, specializes in the design and delivery of enterprise employee portals utilizing the ServiceNow platform. The acquisition brings NewRocket's user-focused design and innovative solutions to Highmetric, complementing its existing digital workflow optimization capabilities. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
NewRocket, a small company based in San Diego, California, is recognized as a leader in user experience design within the ServiceNow ecosystem, driving user adoption through thoughtful and effective design of service portals, enterprise intranets, and native mobile experiences. The acquisition adds fuel in the form of advanced resources and an expanded team to propel the further development of its technology, backed by Highmetric’s robust collection of ServiceNow solutions. The move also strengthens Gryphon Investors’ growth strategy for Highmetric, which it purchased in late May of 2021. As part of the transaction, Nathan Firth, President and Principal Engineer at NewRocket, will join Highmetric as Chief Creative Officer.
