Microsoft Security Experts is a line of managed services that combine human know-how with expert-trained technology to achieve more secure, compliant, and productive outcomes. As one of the global leaders in cloud software and infrastructure, the company is poised to make a quick impact on the cyber-services market.
Microsoft has made additional significant investments into its booming cybersecurity business, which is currently worth $15 billion annually. In 2021, Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella announced an increase in the company’s annual cybersecurity research and development budget, from $1 billion to $4 billion. The new initiative includes three products: Microsoft Defender Experts for Hunting, Microsoft Defender Experts for XDR, and Microsoft Security Services for Enterprise. All three will be offered as subscription services with different monthly costs, depending on how intensive the service is and the number of employees involved.
