Pegasystems Adds Process Mining Software Company Everflow to Fortify Its Business Process Management Platform

Pegasystems (Pega), a Cambridge, MA-based software company, is acquiring Everflow, a process mining software company based in Brazil. Best known for its business process management (BPM) software, Pega Platform™, Pega announced the acquisition at its annual PegaWorld iNspire virtual conference, but did not reveal financial terms. The company hopes Everflow's highly intuitive software will enable Pega clients to uncover and fix hidden process inefficiencies that often hurt organizational operations.

In addition, Pega is partnering with Google Cloud to help joint clients accelerate their digital transformations with Pega’s low-code enterprise software on Google Cloud’s easily scalable cloud services. The partnership will also bring Pega Infinity applications to the Google Cloud Marketplace; the two companies hope to identify new industry-specific use cases and joint go-to-market activities.

Not wasting any momentum, Pega also formalized its partnership with customer data platform (CDP) vendor Celebrus. The two companies have many joint customers and have found success working together before. The company joins major competitors Salesforce, Microsoft, Adobe, and SAP in either buying or developing their own CDPs.
